My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The rooms are beautifully furnished with luxurious linens and towels, and you even get Starbucks coffee. Overall, my room was comfortable and quiet, offering a nice view of the pool. The beds were really comfy and clean, although I found the room a little dark, especially the bathroom. The art in my room was a bit off-putting, but it wasn't a deal-breaker. The hotel has a dark atmosphere, which may be a matter of personal preference.

My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were a bit of a mixed bag with a needle on the floor, but they definitely need to step up their room service game. I was situated at the end of the hall, which wasn't the most welcoming sight due to the housekeeping setup lingering outside all night. On the bright side, the service was top-notch with efficient and friendly staff who even upgraded me to a suite and offered free breakfast as a Marriott Bonvoy member. The location is excellent for the Amway Center but a real pain to access by car due to road closures around the convention center. When it comes to dining, the buffet didn't quite live up to the elegant surroundings. Despite some shortcomings, the facilities were decent overall.

Upon arrival, the room wasn't ready, and we had to wait for over an hour, which was inconvenient. However, once we got settled, the rooms were outstanding. The hotel's service was exceptional, ranging from the valet team to assistance with car rental issues. The location offered a downtown city feel with nearby nightlife, though it could get noisy due to traffic. The dining options were pricey, but the homemade marmalade was a delightful touch.
